Prince of the City

Post by Mateusz »

Hallo

? Danke

You mean the board game? That is not due out until the 16th of January, 2006. Did someone have a preview copy? I'm curious as to why the release of the game keeps getting delayed.

Andreas, Erol and me were demoing the game on the game fair in Essen. It´s a pretty good game I must say, it´s based on the Vampire: The Requiem background and can be described as "V:TES light as boardgame". Everybody represents one primogen struggling to become the prince of a (generic) city. There is dealmaking involved, as well as dice rolling, card drawing, strategic movies. A good mix of luck and strategy IMHO. But it´s not as easy as some other boargames, the rules can be quite tough, especially for outsiders of the WoD.

By the way: We will be doing a one time order of the game through our store, price is to be determined, I will update you with the facts.

If a boar can learn it, it shouln´t be too difficult for most VTES players. 8)
