It's been a while since I tried to design a deck. This could be fun... or just awful.

Hehe, yes I suppose that would help.

The idea was to quietly bloat with Porphyrion and build up an army of !Nos weenies who bleed for one (with stealth), to apply just a little bit of pressure without being in any way threatening so the prey gets used to ignoring the bleeds and assumes you will always bleed for one (or maybe 2 with Porph). Eventually drop an Enkil-cog to make "Using the Advantage" very strong, and wait for an opportunity to lunge with Dream World + Veil the Legions.

It's probably an awful concept. It was mainly an exercise to get myself thinking about the cards again.

I think you can try a bit harder.
For example, take Seterpenre as star vampire, and give him FOR and DOM.
Now he can use both Govern the Unaligned and Enhant Kindred/Scounting Mission, and multi-act, AND bounce.
Mainstream your master card action a bit (but going for up to 5 Using the Advantage is a nice idea, I did'nt know that they stack ^^).
Etc.
Should work, if you don't sit close to a rush deck ...

I see where you're going - govern is stronger than enchant... I guess keeping a mix of both is the best option, as EK pairs nicely with dream world and strengthens the multi-acting.

I think the deck really needs to use bleed reduction rather than bounce, because bouncing can't keep the edge (vital for Using the Advantage). So while I'd be sad to lose Porphyrion's perma +1 stealth and the ability to play Army of Apparitions, Seterpenre has AUS already which opens up some other possibilities instead. And I really do like that the star vamp immediately has superior FOR from the start, this way.

Here's a revised version, with Seterpenre - I also added some Eternals for crypt acceleration/pool gain and upped the freak drives.

In the first games, I would suggest an even more stream-lined version:

Turn (at least) the hunting grounds into additional Eternals of Sirius.
Maybe even the Nosferatu Kindgom and the third Fortitude skill card (and the Powerbase: Montreal, but this one for an additional Wider View).

Ivory Bow is nice, a second Heart of Nizchetus might be even nicer.

I don't trust one copy of True Love's Face and/or Call of the Hungry Dead and would turn these into additional Faceless Night (my favourite stealth card when multi-acting).

Reaction Package: Ophidian Gaze (from the PDF set "The Unaligned") together with Telepathic Counter reduces a bleed by 4.
And 2 bounces definitely will help your game. ("Does he bounce at all? -- "I don't think so." -- "Bleed you for 3." -- "No block." -- "It's for 6." -- "To my prey.")

Combat: No Trace (or even Gemini's Mirror) could be an option and/or Fortitude "prevent all" cards.

Streamlined version reduced from 84(80) to 75(71) cards by cutting the 14's down to 12's...

I totally forgot Powerbase: Zurich. That had to go in.

For the reactions I had been working on the assumption that diversity (as with stealth) would be the best option - especially as many of the support vamps can't play them. So I've dropped scobax and confusion (which isn't so useful for the weenies anyway) and kept the ecstasy.

I also replaced most "as if untapped" with "untap", as I don't intend to actually block all that much, so it should be more efficient.

Combat module was indeed rubbish. I've dumped the manoeuvres and the bow, and opted for FOR prevent instead. The alternative is to dump FOR entirely (except freak drive) and go with Behind You! + (more) Swallowed by the Night. This could also help reduce the support vamp capacities.

Finally, I've tweaked the support vamps to reduce the caps slightly, squeeze in some cheap aus by taking out FOR.
