2.1 Added a reminder about the 30-day grace period on ruling reversals and errata.

3.1.1 Removed the time limit suggestions for limited deck registration.
3.3.3 Added rules on in-game breaks.
3.4 Removed explicit time limit on initial shuffling. Judgment is to be used.
3.5 Removed explicit time limit on mid-game shuffling. Judgment is to be used.
3.7.2 (Formerly 3.8.2) Reduce VP award for withdrawal to a half VP.
4.1 Updated marked-back rules to include Third Edition. Explicitly allows NoR rules cards.
4.8 Made "play to win" explicit. Added explanation of handling deals vs. play to win, and added directive to ignore deals when only two players remain.
4.9 Added rule to prevent infinite loops.
7.2.1 Updated library and crypt size rules for limited events.
7.2.2 Added recursion rules for small-quantity limited events.
7.2.4 (formerly 7.2.3) Expanded card use rules for limited events.
7.5.1 Removed the restriction on talking during draft.
7.5.2 Added format for allowing mixing sealed and draft (e.g., a sealed precon with drafted boosters).

Unlike the standard rules, however, a player receives only a half Victory Point for withdrawing, not the full Victory Point the normal rules award.

Beide Regeln werden m.E. die Turnierspiele ziemlich verändern ...Exception: when only two Methuselahs remain, the tournament rules no longer acknowledge any deals. Prior deals are voided, even if they were play to win when made. When only two Methuselahs remain, both Methuselahs must play to win based only on game state, without regard to any deals.
Desweiteren gibt es jetzt "Card Recursion" als feste Regel im Draft... ist zwar noch kein Duffin Draft (es fehlt die Limitierung auf 12 Pool und die Unlimited Transfers), aber immerhin ...
Ausserdem ist es jetzt beim Draft offiziell möglich gemischt aus Startern und Boostern zu draften.
