Put this card in play; it becomes a 1-capacity vampire. You may go through your library (shuffle afterward), ash heap or hand to find a Discipline card for this vampire. Move up to 2 blood from the acting vampire to this vampire. This vampire is not considered unique, cannot take any actions this turn, and is the same clan as the acting vampire.

Wann muss ich ansagen, ob ich Blut vom Prinzen/Justicar übertrage, bzw. ob ich mir eine Discipline-Karte für das Progeny heraussuche.

A. Bei der Ansage der Aktion, oder

B. In der Resolution der Aktion?

Kurze Nachfrage: Wenn A richtig sein, sollte, was passiert, wenn der acting vampire das Blut nicht mehr hat (weil z.B. für Stealth verpulvert?)

Aus dem Regelbuch 6.2.1 Announcethe action:
...All details of the action are declared when the action is announced, including the target(s), the cost, the effects, etc. ...

Also ist dein A richtig. Wenn das dann nicht mehr geht des Blutmangels wegen => fizzle. Denke ich jedenfalls.

Nein, ich denke da liegst Du falsch. Der Effekt den Du ansagst ist "move up to two blood from the acting vampire". Wenn der Effekt dann angewendet wird verschiebst Du eben *bis zu* 2 Blut.
