The Kissed action is not blocked.
But inferior Freak Drive wants success (card text).

Die Aktion mit dem Kiss ist weder erfolgreich (-> inferior), noch wurde sie per Kartentext von Kiss ("The block attempt is canceled...") geblockt (-> superior), also kann Freak Drive nicht gespielt werden.
