Q: What's a discard phase action?
A: The thing you normally use to discard a card during your discard phase. Instead of using it to discard a card, you can use it to put an event card into play. See Section 8 of the rulebook.

Once each discard phase, a Methuselah may use a discard phase action to put an event card in play.

8. Discard Phase
In your discard phase you receive, by default, one discard phase action. You may use a discard phase action to discard a card from your hand (and draw a card from your library to replace it as normal). Some effects may change the number of discard phase actions you receive or may give you alternate ways to use your discard phase actions. Discard phase actions not used in this phase are lost; they cannot be saved for later.

So viel zu den Regeln bzw. Karten.
Bedeutet dass, das ich mit den beiden Vamps jeweils 2 Gehenna-Karten ins Spiel werfen darf, weil sie mir quasi eine zweite Discard-Action machen?

Die beiden Vampire haben inzwischen Errata(?) erhalten (siehe White Wolf, official card text), sie geben eine zusätzliche discard phase action. D.h. man kann immer noch zwei Karten discarden, man kann aber auch zwei Event Karten spielen (oder ein discard und ein Event in beliebiger Reihenfolge)

Da muss ich widersprechen, die regel lautet : ONCE each discard phase, a Methuselah may use a discard phase action to put an event card in play.

Ich wusste die Errata noch aus dem Kopf und habe nicht nochmal die Eventregeln angeschaut. Mateusz hat recht, nur eine Eventkarte pro discard phase. Aber man kann dann mit einem der beiden immerhin sowohl einen Event spielen als auch eine Karte discarden. Ach ja, Giotto Verducci (Baali) ist nicht erratiert worden, er erlaubt seinem controller in der discard phase jedes anderen Methusalems eine Karte zu discarden (und zu ersetzen).
