It IS still a bunker. All swiss citizens have the right for a place in a bunker by constitution. Although I advise you not to sleep there if Kamel will sleep there except when you have earplugs.

"Ingrid Rossler" is even registered in the Player Registry, and officially listed in the Prince List on WW's web site.

Every kindred of geneva are waiting for the coming of Ingrid at this event. She doesn't like this kind of appearance, too much politics for her, she prefer staying in the woods or the mountains near the city.

We are also wainting for the coming of german kindreds.
