qui Only usable during a (D) action directed at you or something you control. This vampire untaps and attempts to block.

QUI As above, but usable on any action

Unter QUI steht hier 'usable on any action' anstatt sowas wie 'also usable on undirected actions'. Was ist denn hier noch mit 'any action' gemeint. Ist das am Ende gar eine Art Eagle's Sight für Assamiten?

Nein, ist es nicht. Du kannst in der Tat undirected actions blocken, aber du musst zu den normalen zulässigen Blockern gehören (also Prey oder Predator sein).
Um die Verwirrung komplett zu machen, hat einer der Autoren des Player's Guide das auch falsch verstanden...

Error.

The Player's Guide includes no new errata.
If it had, it would have been clearly marked as such.

You may assume that "all previous discussion" remains
valid (at least, as valid as it was before the PG).
