Ousten & Entfernen von Karten

Spieler A bringt einen HG ins Spiel. Spieler B klaut diesen per "Disputed Territory" o.ä. Spieler B wird geoustet.

Kommt der HG jetzt in den Ash Heap von Spieler A? Oder wird er aus dem Spiel entfernt? Letzteres würde auch bedeuten, dass er nicht mehr Anthelios/Sargon Fragment/.. nicht mehr recyclebar wäre. Deshalb letztlich auch die Frage.

Ich meine letzteres ist richtig, habe aber schon oft gesehen (allerdings in aller Regel ohne Auswirkungen), dass er in den Ash Heap des Spielers wandert.

Wenn Spieler B die Karte von Spieler A zum Zeitpunkt des Ousts von Spieler B "controlled" (der entscheidende Punkt), dann erhält Spieler A zwar seine Karte zurück, aber meines Wissens ist diese aus dem Spiel.

Geburnte Karten von geousteten Spilern sind removed from Game. Erweiterte Golden Rule of Ownership.

# Cards that go into an ash heap, hand, or library always go into their owner's ash heap, hand, or library. [RTR 19970425]

"When a card is "burned" it is placed into its owner's discard pile
(the discard pile is called the "ash heap" for this reason)." (1.1.2)
"When a card is burned or removed from the game, any counters or other
cards on it are burned." (1.1.2)

"If you are ousted before the end of the game, any of your cards that
other players control remain in play until burned as normal." (1.3)

"If you are ousted, all the cards you control are removed from the
game. Any of your opponents' cards you control are returned to them at
the end of the game. Any of your cards controlled by other Methuselahs
remain in play as normal" (9.1)

Die letzte von Erol zitierte Regel (9.1) belegt auch, dass Ralf Recht hat mit seiner Vermutung, wie das regelgerecht zu spielen wäre.

In der Tat: Wenn jemand mit Anthelios oder NEC am Tisch sitzt, sollte man da ein Auge drauf haben. Also vielleicht generell so in den Playgroups sauber spielen, und einen separaten "out of play" Stapel haben, um alle daran zu gewöhnen...?

Genau so handhabe ich das auch.
Man muss nur konsequent daran erinnern, dass das so ist, um späteren Konflikt zu vermeiden.
