Kann man nach "Open War" die Karte "CrimethInc." spielen? Allgemeiner gefragt: Impliziert "requires a baron" auch "requires an anarch"?

Cardtype: Action
+1 stealth action. Requires a baron.
Put this card in play. Anarch vampires can enter combat with any minion as a (D) action. They can burn a location as a (D) action that costs 2 pool. Any Methuselah may use a master phase action to move 1 counter from his or her pool to this card. When this card has 4 pool, burn it and gain 4 pool. Only one Open War may be played in a game.
#09: CrimethInc. [TR:C]
Cardtype: Action Modifier.
Disciplines: Protean/Quietus/Thaumathurgy
Requires an anarch. Play after resolving a successful action that requires an anarch or makes this vampire an anarch.
[pro]: Untap this anarch.
[qui]: Untap another ready anarch.
[tha]: Put this card in play. During your minion phase, you may burn a pool to untap a ready anarch you control.

Laut Regelbuch ja - wenn ein Baron nicht mehr Anarch ist, verliert er seinen Titel. Aber das beantwortet deine spezielle Frage nicht, denn die Abfrage auf CrimethInc. ist semantisch nicht eindeutig und ruling-technisch (im Sinn von "during x, do y") soweit ich weiß nicht festgeschrieben:
CrimethInc. fragt: Open War, benötigst du einen Anarch, um zu funzen?
Open War antwortet: Nein, ich benötige einen Baron, um zu funzen!
vs.
CrimethInc. fragt: Open War, benötigst du einen Anarch, um zu funzen?
Open War antwortet: Ja, allerdings muss er zusätzlich noch Baron sein!
Die Frage ist, ob für CrimethInc. (und auch das neue Museum) notwendige Bedingungen ausreichen oder hinreichende erforderlich sind.
Frag mal LSJ, würde ich sagen.

Gilt offensichlich (d.h. laut LSJ) auch für "requires a Justicar" oder "requires a Bishop", das dann impliziert "requires a Camarilla vampire" bzw. "requires a Sabbat vampire".

Ist das jetzt schlimm, wenn ich (wie schon beim Turnier in BO) sage: Das ist offensichtlich, auch für den Hardy? Soeile ich das schon u lange?
