Organisator und Spieler bei einem fehlgeschl. Mini-Qualifier

Hi!
Noch ne frage fürs nächste mal:
Man kündigt ein Turnier als Mini-Qualifier an, aber aufgrund der nicht erreichten Anzahl der Spieler wird es nur ein "normales" Turnier: Kann dann der Organisator ein Multi-Judge-System verkünden und mitspielen oder ist das auch illegal, da das ganze ja als möglicher Mini-Qualifier angekündigt ist (bei WW)?

Ich denke, das geht auf jeden Fall. Es ist klar, dass es vor Start des Turniers (und sei es eine Sekunde) ein "normales" Turnier ist, also kann das Multi-Judge-System eingesetzt werden.
Für mich stellt sich viel mehr die Frage, ob man bei einem MQ das Multi-Judge verwenden darf oder nicht.

Mini-qualifiers are qualifiers and therefore cannot use the multi-
judge rules.
