Wenn ich ein Magic of the Smith spiel, zählt die Aktion als Equip Action? könnte ich daraufhin ActionModifier oder dergleichen spielen die sich auf Equip Actions beziehen?

Ja, zählt definitiv als Equip Action. Z.B. mit dem Special von Carmen haben deine Nicht-Camarilla Vampire +2 bzw. +4 Stealth, wenn sie MotS spielen.

Requires: Thaumaturgy
Cost: 1 blood
+1 stealth action.
[tha] Search your library for an equipment card and equip this acting vampire with it (requirements and cost apply as normal). Shuffle afterward.
[THA] As above, but this is a +3 stealth action.
