Hello everyone,

Thank you to those who made EC2024 a pleasant experience and for all the great conversations I had with so many of you.

As most of you probably know by now, EC2025 is going to be in Denmark, and I’m thrilled to welcome you all to visit!

The next big milestone will be spring 2025, when we hope to have our full tournament program finalized, and tickets will go on sale.

In the meantime, if you have any ideas for 2025 or anything that would encourage people from your playgroup to join, please let me know. We might not be able to fulfill every idea and wish, but step one is to hear them!

A lot is happening behind the scenes, and our growing team is working hard to make EC2025 an unforgettable event.

I hope to hear from you and see you in 2025!

P.s.
The invitation cards that are flying around, you can trade in for a promo card, are cumulative. They will be handed out at various events for the next year.

EC2025 "end of year" update

Dear all,

Thank you for the growing interest in EC2025! With more than 11 months to go, it’s fantastic to see so much excitement and positive feedback. While it’s not yet the end of the year, the busy holiday season is fast approaching, so I wanted to share an update before everyone gets caught up with Christmas, New Year’s, and everything in between.

We are currently working on texts and content for the website, along with finalizing the full schedule for the week. As it stands, there will be a total of 10 tournaments in various formats, with the primary focus on traditional constructed play and the EC2025 main event itself.

In early December, I’ll be traveling to the U.S. to encourage some of our American friends to join us for EC2025. Let’s see if we can bring some of our transatlantic brothers and sisters over for this fantastic event!

For European tournaments, Martin Weinmayer and Hugh Angseesing have been—and will continue—handing out EC invitations. Feel free to ask them any questions or share any feedback you might have.

I’m also excited to share that UltraPro has come on board as a sponsor for EC2025! They’ll be helping us produce some awesome playmats, among other things. If you have ideas for additional sponsors or connections who might be interested, please let me know as soon as possible. We can offer venue space (banners or tables), mentions in social media content, newsletters, and on the website, along with other custom options as needed.

Looking ahead, our current timeline is to launch the full website, including registration, in Q1—likely February. The sooner you register, the better! If we’re fully booked by May, we might be able to explore ways to accommodate additional participants.

I’ll send another email to everyone on this list about a week in advance of registration opening, so you’re prepared. While I don’t expect tickets to sell out within days, there are limited spots, and we want to ensure you get the first opportunity to secure yours.
