nach der gestrigen vtes nacht, sind ein paar fragen aufgekommen:

1. meshenka spielt ein chirpteran marauder auf superior ... muss sie dafür blut zahlen? (meine meinung: ja, da das blut burnen keine cost ist)

2. kann man einen special report auf einen untapped vampire spielen, um ihm +1 intercept zu geben?? (meine meinung: auch ja, da auf der special report nicht drauf steht "requires a tapped vampire)

mehr fällt mir im mom net ein ... auch wenn ich meine, dass da noch eine sache war

No. The cost of CM is zero - it has no blood drop icon on the left side.
Superior CM allows the vampire to pay a blood for some effect, however.
But that's not the cost of the card.
